Aging and infirm Ezra Lieberman (Sir Laurence Olivier) is a Nazi hunter determined to hunt down the remaining Nazi fugitives and bring them to justice for their crimes. A younger Nazi Hunter, Barry Koehler (Steve Guttenberg) is on the hunt for some SS officers in Paraguay, when he discovers a plot to rekindle the Third Reich led by the famous Dr. Josef Mengele (Gregory Peck). Barry takes his findings to Ezra who seems uninterested until Barry turns up murdered. Now firmly on the trail of Menegle, Ezra follows the plot by examining the seemingly random murders of 94 different men. Slowly and methodically figuring out the links, Ezra fully uncovers Mengele's sinister plot to genetically resurrect Adolf Hitler and establish a new Nazi Germany.
