Charlie Sheen finds himself back in action as 'Topper Harley'. This movie continues to take shots at other genre classics such as 'Rambo' and more. Topper Harley finds himself meditating in a Buddhist temple, still caught in the memory of his ex-girlfriend (Valeria Golino). The country's president (Lloyd Bridges) sends him to the Middle East to liberate hostages and save the failed rescuers who failed before him. Topper finds himself in a love triangle: he spends all his time pining for his ex-girlfriend while trying to woo the new CIA beauty Brenda Bakke. There is no end to comedy and watch Topper run through all sorts of movie clichés.
